Soulful Soil Collective: First Meetup – Plant, Breathe, & Grow Together join us for the first gathering of Soulful Soil Collective a gardening and wellness group dedicated to Black women reclaiming our connection to the earth, food, and self-care. This meetup is about building community, setting intentions, and getting our hands in the soil as we prepare for a season of growth—both in our gardens and within ourselves.

What to Expect:

Community meet like-minded women and share your gardening and wellness goals.
🌱 Hands-On Gardening – Learn the basics of soil preparation and plant your own herb or green to take home.
💨 Beathwork & Mindfulness Begin with a guided breathwork session to ground ourselves in the present moment.
🍵 Herbal Tea & Reflection Enjoy a calming herbal tea as we discuss gardening as a tool for self-care and empowerment.

No prior gardening experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and grow together! Bring your energy, curiosity, and a small container if you’d like to plant something to take home.
