Participant Checklist
To ensure everyone arrives prepared and the atmosphere remains focused, these are the circle requirements:
Attire: White, comfortable clothing (dresses or skirts preferred).
Why we choose to wear white?
Purity and Sacredness, Unity and wholeness, to calm the mind and add energetic protection.
Head Covering: A white scarf, wrap, or turban.
Whys cover your head
The head, particularly the crown, is considered the most sacred and spiritually vulnerable part of the body.
Comfort: A plush pillow, yoga mat, or meditation cushion for floor sitting.
Optional: A light white blanket (for warmth during seated or lying meditations).
