Soulful Sisterhood Sundays with Gemma Louise Healing: Summer Solstice Special

Soulful Sisterhood Sundays are returning for Summer 2026! This is targeted at women 18+ who are looking to:

🩷 Support their mental, emotional & spiritual wellbeing

🩷 Connect with likeminded women

🩷 Deepen their connection to themselves

🩷 Find more soulful activities to do

🩷 Show themselves more love

This will involve 1 (maybe 2) meet ups per month at an outdoor location across Edinburgh and the Lothians. What may be included:

✨ Guided meditation

✨ Sound Healing

✨ Oracle cards

✨ Coaching exercises

✨ Sharing circle

✨ Themes/topics

✨ Singing/movement

✨ Cold dip! (optional)

✨ Connection & sisterhood

and of course …

MEDICINE & HEALING FOR THE SOUL! ✨

Logistics:

📍 Gullane Beach

🕰️ 10.30-12.30pm

Instructions:

Please access the beach via the main carpark entrance. Walk down onto the sand and then turn left and continue for 5 minutes. You should not miss us - you'll see the sign and feel the good vibes!

Please Bring:

• Something to sit/lie on
• A blanket
• Wear appopriate clothing
• Flask/tea (optional)
• Journal (optional)
