Come join us in a safe space where you can feel at ease to move your body to the beat ANY way you want.

THIS IS A COMMUNITY EVENT WHERE ALL ARE WELCOME!

Class with a brief grounding meditation

You will receive a few helpful tips on how to move freely

Then you move in your own way to the beat of the music

Class will end with a closing circle
