An all-levels vinyasa style class that will help you to align mind-body-spirit and embody yogic and seasonal wellbeing philosophies into your daily life. Yoga classes will include breathwork, yoga asana, meditation, and may also incorporate seasonal themes, yin & restorative yoga, and guided meditations & journaling. Drop-in, 5-class pass and 10-class passes are available.
Classes with Anji are held every Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30 pm beginning Jan 7th (except the 2nd Wednesday of the month, where we encourage you to take Sayde's class at the same time!).
🧘♀️ We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat, journal, and other props you like to use, but we will also have some available for use.
