$12 to Drop In - Only if space allows - Pre-registration strongly suggested
Vinyasa Flow yoga taught by Leena Cook. Traditional sun salutations are taught with variations and music to help students get in the mood to move their bodies. Ending with a period of longer held stretches (yin poses) to balance mind & body. Yoga philosophies will be discussed, but students are free to take what serves them and leave what does not. All levels welcome, fully guided sequences.
