About this Event
This beginner-friendly meditation class is designed for people who want practical tools to manage stress, emotional overwhelm, life demands, and daily struggles while building a sustainable mindfulness practice.
Participants will learn foundational meditation techniques in a supportive, non-judgmental environment that combines:
