About this Event

TheSoulful Breaths Women’s Circleis a space to come exactly as you are. A space to rest, to be witnessed, and to reconnect with your own truth in the company of like-hearted women.

This is about being human; breathing, feeling, laughing, crying, and connecting in real and authentic ways.

Every circle is unique, every gathering has its own magic, and together we create something that can’t be replicated.

Each month has a different intention to guide us.

2026 Intentions:

• May 10th - The journey inwards for winter
• June 14th-Honouring the seasons -Winter solstice - interospection- Transformational breathwork & sound bath with Lyndi Macrae
• July 12th - Nourishing yourself inside and out
• August 9th - Creativity, Art & Play
• September 13th - Honouring the seasons - Spring equinox transformational breathwork and sound bath with Lyndi Macrae
• October 11th - The art of balance
• November 8th - Deep reflection & intuitive clarity
• December 13th - Honouring the seasons - Summer Solstice - transformational breathwork and sound bath with Lyndi Macrae
