🤟🏾Yoga Instructor: Traci "TheGem" Sheffield has been practicing yoga for almost a decade now. In 2017 she decided to spend a summer Rishikesh, India to get her certification & cultivate her skills as a Yoga instructor. Bringing both her edge as an inner city youth and her fun loving personlity to her practice. She has cultivated a style of Vinyasa yoga that is fundamentally sound, yet still engaging. Allowing her students to feel comfortable showing up for themselves as they are and developing their own personal love for their mat.

🤟🏾Hosted By Char The Mixologist a motivational Firecracker. While teaching principles of success derived from personal experiences, she inspires hope and encourages others to start living life at their true potential.
