⭐ Soulfidence Intro Workshop: Unlock Your Photogenic Self✨ Embody your confidence and love the way you look, in photos and in life.
In this immersive 2.5-hour workshop, we combine mindful movement, transformative mindset work, and hands-on posing guidance to help you find your unshakeable presence.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and a sound bath, we will release the masks of everyday life and connect with our most authentic selves. You'll then learn to see the difference between hiding and truly standing tall in your power. By shedding false beliefs and mastering simple but impactful posing techniques, you will learn to look and feel more confident, sensual, and in control of your image.
✨ This is a space to play, to be seen, and to celebrate your unique radiance. The workshop culminates in a personal photoshoot for each participant, with your choice of two high-resolution images to keep as a beautiful testament to your transformation.

Part 2: Embodied Confidence
See the Difference: Experience the contrast between hiding and taking up space, learning to stand tall in your confidence.
Mindset & Mirror Work: Challenge false beliefs about your looks and presence. Learn simple, take-home exercises to build a positive relationship with yourself in the mirror.
Posing Demystified: Discover 10 easy, instant tips that will change how you look in photos, helping you appear more confident and effortlessly sexy.

Mini Photoshoots: Step in front of the lens with newfound confidence. Experience a dedicated 10-min photoshoot to put your new skills into practice.
