During this gentle and grounding experience, we begin with a heart-centered herbal tea ceremony, mindfully sipping custom-blended organic teas designed to calm the nervous system and open the heart. As we sip, we will choose an intention card, reflect and set personal intentions for the week ahead—focusing on healing, growth, and clarity.
This is your time to breathe deeply, connect inward, and realign your energy with purpose.
What to Expect:
A guided tea ceremony using calming, organic herbal blends
Gentle grounding meditation and breathwork
Journaling prompts to clarify your weekly intention
