A regular dance ritual to embody your spirit through movement. Come nourish your soul, re-calibrate your body and connect with your tribe.Soul Sundays is a gentle but deep movement practice that supports you in your continuing evolution. Helping you move from fixed to fluid. From having a body to being embodied.
Through collective and intentional movement we aim to shift energy, explore new expressions of the body, connect with our tribe and above all, connect with our spirit.
It is a Conscious Dance class weaving elements of different conscious dance modalities.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Stewart is a counsellor, lover of dance, nature lover and sound healer. He is a practicing social worker, holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, and is an accredited Soul Motion Conscious Dance Teacher.
Stewart's dive into conscious dance trainings in Open Floor and Soul Motion over the past 5 years, has sparked the birth of these monthly classes as an offering to those seeking a deeper integration of mind, body and spirit.
CLASS DETAILS:
Venue: North Fremantle Community Hall 2 Thompson Road North Fremantle.
Cost: $23 waged, $18 Concession: book online through Eventbrite
