This powerful and accessible book blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and compassion, offering insight into how the heart and mind shape our lived experience. Our gathering is less about analysis and more about reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation.
We will spend one hour discussing the book together, followed by time to relax, connect, and enjoy the warmth of our Soul Strong Yoga community. You are welcome whether you have read the entire book, just started, or simply feel curious about the conversation.
This is a supportive, alcohol free space grounded in respect, inclusivity, and thoughtful dialogue.
