Soul Star Yoga: Remembering Your Light
From there, we’ll move into 30 minutes of pranayama-infused asana, blending intentional breathwork with grounding movement to awaken energetic flow and inner awareness. The practice will transition into a 10-minute guided meditation, followed by time for stillness, reflection, and integration through 15 minutes of personal journaling.
This experience is intended to be both grounding and expansive — creating space for insight, self-connection, and deeper alignment with your authentic self.
