About this Event
Join us for the Soul Sport Singles Tennis Tournament 2026, where you'll enjoy plenty of tennis, a welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to connect with fellow players from across London.
Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, improve your game or simply enjoy a fantastic day on court, we'd love to have you with us.

🎾 Player Levels
To help create fair and enjoyable matches, all players are required to complete the NTRP Self Rating Questionnaire as part of their Eventbrite registration.

Please answer the questions honestly and accurately. Your self rating will be used to place you in the most appropriate playing group and help ensure balanced matches throughout the tournament.

Improvers and above (sorry, beginners cannot be accommodated for this event).

Intermediate and advanced players.

*Match duration and playing time will depend on the final tournament format and number of entrants.

Cancellation & Ticket Transfers
-Tickets may be cancelled up to 6 September 2026. Refunds will be issued minus a £5 administration fee and any non-refundable Eventbrite booking fees.
-From 7 September 2026, tickets become non-refundable.
-If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to find a replacement.
-Please let us know before the event. Replacement players will be asked to provide their NTRP Self Rating and any other information required before their place can be confirmed.

☔ Rain Policy
If the tournament is cancelled due to adverse weather, ticket holders will receive a refund minus the £5 administration fee and any non-refundable Eventbrite booking fees.
🏆 Tournament Format
This is a singles tournament, with separate men's and women's draws.
The tournament format will be confirmed once registrations have closed and will depend on the number of entrants.
All registered players will receive the tournament format and other important event information by email before the tournament.

After the tournament, everyone is warmly invited to join us at:
Mother Kelly's, Victory Parade, East Village, E20 1FS
We'll celebrate the day's tennis with the prize presentation, food and drinks in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Feel free to invite friends!
If you'd like to join the group Pizza Hut order, please indicate this during your Eventbrite registration. We'll have the pizza delivered to Mother Kelly's, where we'll enjoy it during the post tournament social. Pizza costs £5 per person, payable on the day. If possible, please bring the correct cash (£5) to help make collection quick and easy. Drinks can be purchased separately from Mother Kelly's. If you prefer, you're welcome to order food from elsewhere to enjoy at the social.

Don't have a racket? No problem! We have a limited number available to borrow. Please let us know in advance if you'll need one.
