Set on peaceful farmland by the river, this retreat offers a warm, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and breathe. Join us for a restorative 3‑day, 2‑night weekend (Friday 5 PM – Sunday 10 AM) designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. This intimate gathering blends holistic healing, creativity, and meaningful connection in a serene natural setting.

📅 Retreat Schedule
Friday: Arrive at 5:00 PM for a gentle welcome, settling in, BBQ dinner and evening connection.
Saturday: A full day of spiritual practices, creative experiences, and group & solo activities.
Sunday: A slow, peaceful morning together, with gentle breathwork and sunrise yoga. closing the retreat at 10:00 AM
