✨ New at Darien Arts Center! ✨ We’re thrilled to welcome Amy Dickerson as the facilitator of our Soul Sisters Meditation Class — a weekly women’s circle designed to nurture peace, connection, and mindfulness. 🧘♀️💫🧘♀️ Amy is a psychotherapist based in New Canaan, CT, specializing in women and children. During the pandemic, she embraced the power of meditation, nature, and mindfulness to manage anxiety and deepen spirituality. Now a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Practitioner, she brings her healing tools to the DAC community.
