Soul Sistas Hike Too presents Midweek Reset for Professional Black Women!
About this Event
Don’t recover from your week. Reset in the middle of it.
Does your weekend seem to disappear the moment you start thinking about Monday?
If Sunday evenings leave you mentally preparing for meetings, deadlines, emails, and everything waiting for you at work, you’re not alone. For many professional Black women, the work week begins before Monday even arrives.
That’s why Soul Sistas Hike Too created the Midweek Wellness Reset.
This 90-minute guided wellness experience is designed for professional Black women balancing a full-time career while preparing for their next career chapter, whether that’s a promotion, a career transition, or entrepreneurship.
Instead of waiting until the weekend to recover, learn how to intentionally reset in the middle of your week.
During this experience, you will:
- Participate in an easy guided mindful nature walk.
- Learn a practical mindfulness technique you can use at work or at home.
- Practice a grounding exercise in nature.
- Complete a guided Wellness Reset Worksheet.
- Reflect using prompts created specifically for ambitious Black women.
- Connect with other professional women that are building meaningful careers and businesses.
- Create one intentional action step to carry you through the rest of your week.
Imagine walking into work Thursday feeling lighter than you did on Monday.😌
You’ll leave this experience with:
✔️ A printed Wellness Reset Worksheet
✔️ A simple mindfulness practice you can continue on your own
✔️ A weekly reset framework you can use again and again
✔️ Professional connections
✔️ A personal action plan for the remainder of your week
✔️ Access to accountability from a community of like-minded professional Black women
At Soul Sistas Hike Too, we believe your weekends shouldn’t be spent recovering from your work week, they should be enjoyed.
Build a wellness practice that supports both your career and the future you’re creating.
Join us Wednesday, July 22, and discover what can change when you stop waiting for the weekend to reset.
