A Soul Session is not a yoga class. It's not therapy. It's not another thing to optimize or get right.
It is a guided, 60-minute experience of returning to yourself, through 3 layers of your inner life.
🌿 SLOW the Body
We begin with gentle nervous system regulation to help you actually land in the room. Using gentle somatic practices, we move you out of survival mode and into presence.
☁️ SETTLE the Mind
Create a new relationship with your thoughts. Instead of being swept away by every worry, distraction, or mental replay, you learn to witness your mind with curiosity rather than being controlled by it.
✨ CONNECT with the Soul
