Many of us are constantly moving from one thing to the next. We wake up and reach for our phones. We fill every spare moment with stimulation. We tell ourselves we'll rest when things calm down, but somehow they never do.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or like you're running on autopilot, this evening is for you.
Join us for a deeply restorative experience designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and return to a state of calm. Through a blend of restorative yoga, nervous system education, breathwork, meditation and sound, you'll be guided into your body's natural healing state: the parasympathetic nervous system, often known as the "rest and digest" response.
This isn't about pushing harder, achieving more, or perfecting a pose. It's about creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
About Soul Seekers
We understand the pace of modern life because we've lived it ourselves.
After years of living and working in London, we found ourselves searching for a different way of being. That journey took us across the world to Bali, where we trained as advanced yoga teachers and immersed ourselves in practices centred around healing, presence and wellbeing.
The most powerful lesson we learned wasn't how to do more—it was how to slow down.
Through Soul Seekers, we're bringing together the tools, teachings and healing modalities we've experienced on our travels to help others find moments of peace and restoration, even in the middle of busy lives.
