The Strength of Josiah invites angel moms, dads, and supporters to join us for a FREE guided workout. We will be dancing the pounds off with dance instructor, Kiana Rowland!! After, relax with a healing sound bowl session led by Monica Dudeck!! Don't miss this opportunity to recharge your mind, body, and soul!
