The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo brings reflections around habits, routines, and self care. This is an opportunity to let go of perfectionism and realign with practices and embodiment that support balance, health and wellbeing.

What we will be doing

✨Group energy cleanse with white sage (weather depending)

✨Cacao, Oracle cards, Intention setting

✨ Journal prompts and dyads

✨Guided meditation

✨Soundbath integration, elemental alchemy

✨Activating a deeper level of embodiment

Stacia is an intuitive energy healing practitioner, sound healer and guided meditation facilitator. Through her heart led offerings, she creates sacred space for deep remembrance. Stacia weaves energy healing, sound, working with the feminine cycles of the moon, and elemental alchemy into her practices, sessions, and ceremonies, guiding others back into the body and back to the truth of who they are.

Stacias has been in her journey for 20 years attending seminar's, retreats, travelling, taking metaphysical courses, coaching, volunteering her time. Hosting / cohosting circles and ceremonies. When we gather we exchange. Everyone has a gift, a frequency that uplifts and activates something in another. The more we understand ourselves the more we understand each other.
