Join us for another wonderful Autumnal retreat at stunning Loch Monzievaird in the heart of beautiful Perthshire.
This retreat will allow you the opportunity to fully unwind, relax and be nurtured in body, mind and soul. With outdoor activities such as paddle boarding, zip wire over the loch and tree climbing you can allow your inner child to have fun and explore!
We will also have qigong, yoga, sound baths, cacao and fire ceremonies as well as plenty of space to just be and soak up the stunning scenery.
Our incredible private chef will be on hand to nurture us with healthy, nutritious food, organic and local where possible.
