Join us for a day full of love, laughter, friendship, meditation, plant medicine - including Cacau, healing, drumming, creativity, self care reflexology, fire circle and ceremony.
Being South African and also being passionate about reflexology, I will of course also incorporate some foot fun and African Zen
We often give so much to others so the day is about restoring your own energy, connecting to your heartbeat, having fun with your inner-child and just being free.....
Bring a packed lunch, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bug spray and anything else you need to be comfortable.
Visualise amazing good weather and any instruments you may have (drums, bells, rattles, singing bowls etc)
