If the idea of taking a full day for yourself feels a little indulgent… that’s probably a sign you need it.
Life has a way of convincing capable women that everyone else’s needs come first. Before long, you’re running from one responsibility to the next, wondering why you’re exhausted, disconnected, or feeling like you’re just going through the motions.
This day is your invitation to temporarily push pause on all your titles (caretaker, boss, partner, daughter, etc.) and just be YOU.
To move your body. To nourish yourself. To laugh & play. To indulge & be pampered.
To spend an entire day without needing to be productive.
To simply BE.

We’ll begin with morning movement, guided breathwork, and time to reflect.
In the afternoon, enjoy a seasonal lunch, a personalized wellness experience of your choice (massage, lymphatic drainage, tarot, andastrology), a flower bar, a vintage clothing pop-up, pool & leisure time on a stunning property, and a gift bag of goodies.
We will close with a light yoga stretch session and restorative sound bath.
All you have to do is arrive!
