SOUL RESET Breathwork is a deep, guided Somatic Breathwork experience in a safe and held container where your innate self-healing powers activate and connect to a higher consciousness where real transformation occurs. Some describe it as the most potent breathwork activation they have experienced, life-changing, and akin to a revelatory plant medicine journey. During the breathwork, Jessie & Sasha work directly with you using energy healing and dearmouring techniques to assist in the release of stuck patterns & trauma in your body and energy field. This breathwork allows for a vital energy field to open where you are able to tap into and work with the subconscious, access repressed memories, heal physical & emotional conditions and awaken your unique personal gifts to contribute meaningfully in your life.

Through the incredible power of our breath, we release stagnant energies and emotional burdens, we make space for new insights, transformation, and a greater sense of presence.

We will conclude this breathwork journey with an immersive sound healing with celestial singing and accompanying live sounds & music, including crystal bowls, violin & viola. Enveloped in the gentle embrace of soulful melodies and ethereal sounds, we will attune ourselves to the rhythm of our hearts and the whispers of our souls.

Located on North Main Street in Sebastopol, CA, USA, Soft Medicine Sanctuary provides a tranquil and serene space for this transformative event.

Please Bring a yoga mat, pillow & blanket for comfort. There are a a limited number of these onsite for those who may need them.

Contraindications: Please let us know if you identify with any of these before we start. You may still be able to participate but at a reduced intensity. We will give you different instructions on how to breathe.Most importantly, listen to your body and intuition.
