Join us on 1st August for an intimate and immersive day retreat in a unique lakeside setting within the ancient Forest of Dean.
Held beside a private lake surrounded by ancient woodland, this hidden sanctuary offers a truly magical space to slow down, reconnect and remember what truly matters.
Just 25 minutes from Gloucester, it is easy to reach, yet feels a world away from everyday life.
Held within a private lakeside sanctuary in the ancient Forest of Dean, Soul Nourishment brings together nature, ceremony and live sacred music in a way that is rarely experienced.
Throughout the day, you’ll be invited to experience the restorative power of nature through wild swimming, wood fired sauna, ceremony, sacred music and meaningful connection.
One of the highlights of Soul Nourishment is a rare opportunity to experience Devina Starlight’s sacred ceremonial concert beside the lake. Through an extraordinary voice and a collection of beautiful instruments, Devina weaves together soulful vocals, sacred songs and rich soundscapes, creating a deeply immersive journey of sound held by the forest, the waters and the evening sunlight filtering through the trees ✨🌲 🌲✨
As the day softens into evening and the forest settles into stillness, we gather for cacao, sacred songs and a moving musical experience in a setting unlike any other. Surrounded by woodland, water and birdsong, you’ll be invited to rest, receive and simply be.
Limited to just 25 participants, Soul Nourishment has been intentionally created as a carefully held experience rather than a crowded event, allowing space for genuine connection, presence and community.

Optional Lakeside Camping
Extend your experience with overnight camping beside the lake.
Camping is available for an additional £40 (bring your own tent and camping equipment).
Campers are welcome to arrive from 1:30pm and will be guided to their reserved lakeside pitch upon arrival, allowing time to settle into the space before the retreat begins.
