Dip your toes into the language of Soul Motion Conscious Dance as we explore practices for living with presence flexibility and inspiration.Soul Motion is a movement and conscious dance practice envouraging us to "be with" the breadth of the human experience. It emphasises the movement platforms of:

Echo Inspiritation
These platforms provide infinite exploration for our dance practice and help us expand our capacity for presence, connection and wonderment.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Stewart is a counsellor, lover of dance, nature lover, sound healer, loving partner and father, novice cook, and all-round imperfect human. He is a practicing social worker, holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, and is an accredited Soul Motion Conscious Dance Teacher.
Stewart's dive into conscious dance trainings in Open Floor and Soul Motion over the past 7 years, has sparked the birth of these classes as an offering to those seeking a deeper integration of mind, body and spirit.
