Soul Mamas was created to offer holistic healing for people experiencing all grief situations. After the loss of her son, Karen felt inspired to create Soul Mamas. We know that many people even our closest friends and family members may find it hard to understand and witness our grief.

With over twenty- five years in the health and wellness business, Karen Russell (certified grief educator & yoga teacher) and Carolina Pelayo (certified grief therapist & yoga teacher), offer their holistic healing modalities to bring more peace to the grieving process.

Join us for a wonderful evening of sharing our thoughts (you have the option to share with the group or you can simply witness and be of support), essential oils, breath work, Sound Bath with a beautiful community.
