We focus on posture, intention, and the narrative weight behind every strike. What You Will Learn: The 7 Forms Shii-Cho: The fundamentals of defense and foundational combat. Makashi: The precision of one-handed offense and the art of the salute. Soresu: Mastering the "Defensive Cage" and redirection. Ataru: Fluid, constant movement—the mainstay Jedi form. Shien: The "Power Form"—aggressive leaps and sweeping arcs. Niman: The "Diplomat’s Form"—focusing on disarms and harmony. Juyo: The rare, complex execution of all forms combined.
