We begin with Jamie Adams of Embodied Soul Magic, breathing deep grounded breaths into our body, awakening our aliveness and igniting our life force energy. Feeling that energy rise, we will breathe that fire into other areas of the body, and then move into Wild Soul Dance combining ecstatic dance, sacred tantric movement, and that which only your unique soul can express, inviting presence to witness and our beings to freely express what's alive for you authentically. Allow the energies to move and flow inside your body, if emotions arise, feel fully in the present moment, and express whatever comes alive for you.

As we complete the dance and arrive in stillness, you’ll be invited to lie down and fully receive a deeply restorative Sound Bath led by Michelle Hummel of My Peace Guru.

About Your Guides

Jamie Adams: As a heart centered leader and founder of Embodied Soul Magic, I am certified Trauma Informed, Psychology based, Embodied Tantra Practitioner. Combining slow somatic processing, with Tantra modalities and hands-on bodywork, it is my Soul's path to support humans on their journey to transformation, releasing what no longer serves, awaken and open the heart, to deepen the relationship with their body, intimacy and relating with others, and to come home to the wisdom of their soul. In addition, I am certified in Reiki, PNF Stretching and Deep/Yin/Gravity Yoga , which allows me to support the entire mind, body and soul. I feel eternally grateful everyday to do this work.

Michelle Hummel, founder of My Peace Guru, is a spiritual guide and healer dedicated to facilitating deep soul awakenings and transformative experiences. With expertise in Reiki healing, crystal sound baths, and spiritual coaching, Michelle leads participants through profound journeys of inner healing and alignment. At the “Soul Love” event, Michelle will guide a restorative Sound Bath, using crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments tuned to 432hz, promoting nervous system regulation, chakra balancing, and cellular recalibration.
