Born and raised in Miami, Fl. Namphuyo was birthed into a very musical family. By age 11 she had done her first feature on the ‘Mother Wit’ platinum selling album by her mom/R&B legend, Betty Wright. She began touring the world with her mom as background vocalist at the age of 13 and eventually became her principal lead voice.

Namphuyo went on to work with many other artists such as Regina Bell, Howard Hewwitt, Gerald Austin, Gloria Estephan, DMX, Salaam Remi, Dj Khaled, etc. She embodies a soulful sound and talent that has been polished by the great’s as she was fortunate to grow up in the music industry.
