🎶 Sound Bath Experience: Lie back and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls. The sounds will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and harmony in your mind, body, spirit, and soul.
💫 Reiki Healing: During the sound bath, you’ll be guided into a deeply meditative state infused with healing Reiki energy. You'll receive a nurturing blend of energy to help find balance and enhance your overall well-being.
What to Bring:
Comfy clothes - Wear what feels good!
Yoga mat - Feel free to also bring a pillow, blanket, or other props for comfort during meditation. (Studio props also available for use.)
