The Retreat Experience:

Immerse in a consciousness expanding journey of honoring and creating community around the topic of death. An experiential growth opportunity, mindfully curated to be deeply healing and life-enriching. This is not a training or grief therapy group. More-so, a sacred space to dream and create a new way of relating with death together, as our life-affirming friend rather than foe, and celebrate the beauty of living.

Enter a spacious, safe container for sharing our stories and hearts through compassionate group exploration and support. Immerse in the magic of the sanctuary’s beauty and lush natural surroundings, a short walk to the water. Relax and restore with body-centered practices, vibrational healing, healthy food, breath awareness, and guided meditations.

Rachel Chase,
Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach, Spiritual Guide
www.RachelChase.com
Rachel’s conscious growth work began after an intense healing crisis and awakening in 2002, when a dance student of hers introduced her to reiki. That was the gateway to her journey of becoming a healer. As an artist, she expresses the stories of her transformation and the journey of the heart. She guides her clients and students in that process too. Her teacher, Ram Dass opened her to a deeper way of living. In 2007 she dedicated her life and work to serving the intuitive guidance of Unconditional Love. This energy has propelled her into unexpected and beautiful ways to discover the joys of being a healing presence for others.

Rachel holds a BFA in studio art and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Mindfulness Life Coach, ordained minister, and Certified BQH Practitioner (Quantum Healing Hypnosis). She has led hundreds of in-person workshops, classes and circles as well as various retreats, festivals and personal development groups. Rachel's healing and coaching practice operates remotely from her home.
