This is a 90-minute class that supports the entirety of your being. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures that increases mobility, stretches and lengthens deep connective tissues, hydrates the body’s extensive fascial network and invites the practitioner into a deeply meditative internal space.
All postures are floor-based and supports all levels of practitioners. Yin Yoga is a yogic form of acupuncture which focuses on the contraction and flexion of meridian pathways throughout the body to support the free flow of energy. This is done through holding postures for about 3-5 minutes.
Sound healing is offered throughout the 90-minute class by a certified sound therapist to assist with a deeper state of surrender. Sound healing is a wellness practice that uses sound vibrations…
Sound healing is offered throughout the 90-minute class by a certified sound therapist to assist with a deeper state of surrender. Sound healing is a wellness practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation and healing. Sound vibrations can slow down brain waves, it helps to shift energy frequency from lower to higher and has great potential to reduce stress, pain and anxiety and it may improve sleep and overall emotional health.
