This is a Meet-up for those who are interested in Soul work. We are all going through a personal transformation, and building a new energetic field.
Ancient traditions have passed on many tools such as Yoga, Kabbalah, Astrology, and Numerology, that serve to build a strong body of Light so that no negativity can enter your field of energy.
Our body is also capable of regaining youth . Our physical body consists of seven Energy Centers, or Chakras that are powerful electrical fields.
When particular exercises are performed in the correct order, our Energy Vortexes stimulate our seven endocrine glands.
Practicing these energy, breath, and meditation techniques cultivates joy, fearlessness, balance, and harmony.
Each session will wrap up with a short Sound Meditation.
