Soul Flow Sundays | Yoga with Yen

At Soul Flow Sundays, we believe that movement is medicine.

In this one hour session, you'll get your dose of yoga, breathwork and mindfulness that will serve to re-harmonise the body and reconnect you with the simple experience of being.

You will be ready to start your day on nature's best high, with ample calmness and spaciousness to enter the week ahead.

All levels and shapes welcome.

Registration is essential as spaces are limited.

Provided:

• Yoga mat
• Props - blocks, bolsters, blankets

Suggested to bring:

• Water bottle
• Eye mask - it's nice to have something to cover your eyes for savasana
• A curious mind and playful heart
