Soul Dance is a gentle, playful movement experience in nature.
No steps to get right. No pressure to perform.
We dance on the beach with silent headphones, guided through movement, breath, moments of stillness, and play. You’re invited to move at your own pace and participate only to the level that brings you joy.
This gathering includes our standard one-hour Soul Dance, open to all ages.
For **January only**, there is an **optional Soul Dance Plus** ticket for those who feel called to go a little deeper.
Ticket Options
Soul Dance (Standard – 1 hour)

R60 for children under 12
Soul Dance Plus: 2026 Alignment Session
R140 per person
Includes the full Soul Dance plus a short guided alignment process to help you create apersonal affirmation/mantra for 2026
(Offered once only, January.)
Only Soul Dance Plus participants bring a notebook, pen, and towel or mat.
