Through six unique phases each incorporating Sound, Breath, Movement, and Energy Alchemy, the dancer experiences a progressive uplifting and refinement of energy through the 7 Chakras.

The six phases of SOUL DANCE are:

PRIMAL - explosive ignition of the Root Chakra through powerful Tantric breathing and vocal projections.

SOMATIC - deep connection with the Sacral Chakra through internalized energy control and embodied dance.

ECSTATIC - somatic dance expands with increasing intensity, evolving into high energy ecstatic expression, further activating the Chakra system.

SURRENDER: energy reaches its climax, designed to push the dancer past their conventional limits - an invitation to surrender into the music and into yourself.

QUANTUM - as the Chakras flow with energy, the dancer becomes receptive to higher frequency transmission - an experience with quantum reality, where anything is possible. Quantum is best experienced, than explained.

NOTHINGNESS - SOUL DANCE concludes with a powerful guided multi-phase meditation, leading into complete stillness - The Nothingness.
