What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound frequencies guided by a sound healer. These healing sound waves are produced by healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, crystal harp, shaman drum, and toning sounds.
What is Intuitive Meditation?
Intuitive meditation is a concentrated, guided meditation where the participants are encouraged to tap into their intuition, their higher self, in order to gain clarity and insights into what they are seeking. Often, there will be downlaoded messages that may help see and understand what one is going through.
