Join us for a fun and relaxing time that will also surprise you with its potential for discovering the lesser-known stories within ourselves.

No art experience is required, and everyone can do it.

Our Facillitator for SoulCollage - Lisa Stockwell, M.Ed., is the Creative Energizing Owner of It’s Your Journey.
Lisa is a certified Train the Trainer, Life Coach, and member of MINT and NOAH. She specializes in positive behavior change, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and the healing arts. As a Master Trainer in Chronic Disease & Chronic Pain Self-Management Programs, she empowers individuals to take control of their health and well-being. Lisa also facilitates the healing arts in healthcare, creative retreats, and women's circles. Her certification as a Body Eloquence Healing Story Facilitator and as a SoulCollage® Facilitator enhances her ability to guide individuals on their healing journeys.
Overall, Lisa's diverse skill set and passion for helping others make her a valuable resource for anyone seeking positive change, personal growth, and improved well-being.
