Anyone can enjoy the fun, powerful & satisfying method created by Seena Frost. No art experience is needed - the images used will come from magazines. We explore & express the self by making cards & sharing them, journaling & consulting our cards about your life experiences. All materials are provided. Bring your favorite pen, a small journal and tea or water to drink. You do not have to come to both sessions, but you are welcome to do so.
