Soul Circle

Join us for an evening of connection, reflection, and healing as we gather in sacred circle.
The Soul Circle is a space I hold once a month, where women and men gather to heal, commune, and unify. Together we will consciously breathe, mindfully sip herbal tea/cacao, meditate, and receive the nourishing vibrations of a sound bath as we honor our paths forward. We then move into integration through journaling and discussion, creating space to reflect and ground the experience. Through community and ritual, we’ll root into clarity, renewal, and purpose.
