Soul Care on Sunday November 3, 2024 at 10:30am-12pm at the Society Clubhouse in Little Italy, Toronto is ready to welcome you.
Expect a fully embodied experience of live music, poetry, gentle movement, guided meditation, synesthetic drawing, and community.
It's a casual, curious not judgey vibe. No fuss and leave guilt behind. Come in your comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat or floor pillow, chairs will be available too. Take off your shoes, and give yourself a moment to just be.
The program is designed for adults, but kids and teens are welcome and will benefit. (Because we love experiential learning as a family.)
