Soul Awakening One-Day Retreat

A thoughtfully curated experience for mind, body and soul. Let us hold you in a vessel of support and guidance as you explore yourself. What are you looking to release? What are you looking to build, create, embody? We will take you on a one-day guided retreat to explore these questions.

You will be spoiled with delicious and nourishing food. Then taken through guided meditation practices to identify self truths. You will be invited to transcribe your truths into candle magic which will then be burnt on a group altar.
You will have the option to participate in a yoga class, modifications readily available so all bodies are welcome.
This event will be hosted by 3 healing professionals:

This will be a full day event taking place from 9am-4:30pm on May 17, 2025.
