Each Tuesday evening for 7 weeks, you'll experience three powerful phases: gentle yoga to open and release, live shamanic drumming journeys to connect with your spirit guides and intuition, and guided integration work to embody your insights. This isn't typical yoga—it's a sacred container where movement, meditation, and energy work converge to help you remember who you truly are.

I'm a 300-hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki Master, Shaman, and psychic medium. I hold space between worlds, blending grounded body wisdom with mystical soul guidance to support your journey home to yourself.
