The Presenters:

Ashley Volet is a food stylist and the owner of Sorrenteaux Boards in Lakeview. Her storefront provides catering services, charcuterie boards, artisan sandwiches and salads, workshops, and more. She will guide you through assembling your own fruit & crudités board, which will include making a cucumber rose, kiwi star, and more! You will take home your own edible masterpiece, filled with seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables, and delicious dips. Charcuterie boards, light refreshments, and snacks during the workshop are included in the ticket price.

Erin Stevens is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and the Executive Director of Ellie Mental Health in New Orleans, Louisiana and Ridgeland, Mississippi. Erin has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years and has a passion for educating and empowering the community in overall mental wellness. Erin will discuss Ellie Mental Health's eclectic mental health services, highlighting the diverse therapeutic approaches and will provide participants with a mental health wellness bag, including the ever-favorite "How to Stop Freaking Out" mini books. Participants are encouraged to bring with them any mental health-related questions to discuss in an open and welcoming environment.

Dr. Brittany Adams is the Franchise Owner and operator of Main Squeeze Juice Company in Lakeview. As a Franchisee, Dr. Adams is passionate about her community and motivated to have a positive impact. She will have some of the amazing cold-pressed juices to sample and purchase during the workshop.
