The Sorensen Institute develops effective leadership and public policy skills for professionals who live or work in Virginia and are in the first decade of their career.

Join Sorensen staff and alumni to learn more about how this unique bipartisan program can prepare young professionals working in the General Assembly and on Capitol Square to expand their skill set and move into positions of greater responsibility.
