Welcome to SOOTHING SUNDAY at Island Kava Tea House! Join us for a relaxing morning filled with Gentle Yoga to stretch and unwind, a Sound Bath to soothe your mind, and delicious Tea to sip on. This in-person event is the perfect way to reset and recharge for the week ahead. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We can't wait to see you there!
