A 40-minute sound bath for women who just want to close their eyes.

Crystal singing bowls produce beautiful, resonant tones that relax the body, quieting the nervous system and lulling you into a deep state of rest. There is nothing for you to do. Simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound soothe you.

Doors open at 6:15pm. Sound begins at 6:30pm on time.

Everything is provided including a mat, blanket, and eye pillow. Just arrive.
